Well I'll assume I got the last one correct.

Next:

This is one of many school harem animes. In this one the boy in his last year of middle school sees a mystery girl he fall in love with but before he can discover who she is he gets hooked up with the school idol who decides to go out with him after he confesses to her on a dare expecting to get shot down. Of course as the show goes on more girls show up and complicate matters.
