See, I'm much more likely to buy manga offline. Especially when Borders has their deals, or the coupons in my email. There was once that kymaera sent me a get $10 off $20 coupon, and Viz manga was buy 3 get the 4th free. So I ended up getting really cheap manga.
Sadly, manga sales aren't as good as they used to be. But, I'm still more likely to buy them offline than DVDs. The last one I bought was vol. 21 of Samurai Deeper Kyo.
Since there is a Borders not even 2 miles away from my house, I buy manga offline 99% of the time (unless they don't have a certain volume, which sometimes happens).
I bought:
Jim Henson's Return to Labyrinth, volume 1
Slayers novel series, volume 7
The Three Laws of Robotics:
1. A robot may not injure a human being, or, through inaction, allow a human being to come to harm.
2. A robot must obey the orders given it by human beings except where such orders would conflict with the First Law.
3. A robot must protect its own existence as long as such protection does not conflict with the First or Second Law.

I used to always get mine at Barnes & Nobles. However, since I've seen more and more people sitting in the bookstore reading them, I now buy my manga almost exclusively on amazon. I don't like the idea of buying a "new" manga that's actually been read.
Fruits Basket 16 and 17 (but only because I was able to use a coupon at Borders)!!
Like my anime, most all of my manga also comes from www.rightstuf.com
I like the free shipping, and the extra 10% of sale prices. So it's not usually worth it to me to spend more to get it now. I can be patient... sometimes.
Last manga purchased was Loveless 7 and Earthian 4 at Borders.
I ordered Earthian 3 and 4 from Amazon, but they sent two copies of 3, gave me a credit and told me to keep the extra copy, and then said they were out of stock on 4. Well, by that time I was dying to finish the 4th volume!
I bought two at once...
Fruits Basket Ultimate Edition Volume 2 and Zettai Kareshi volume 5(aka Absolute Boyfriend). I have already read both, but i wanted to add them to my collection. I also wanted to get the fat book of Azumanga Daioh manga.. I lost my volumes of it in highschool. ~_~
I did not really didn't finish answering this... I buy my manga half and half.. i like getting really good deals online. Sometimes I find good deals in half price books. Im cheap when it comes to my manga. As long as it doesnt have writting in it, the spines are not bent and it is still intact.. i will buy. LOL
