Who do you think Lelouch liked the most? (spoilers)

If you haven't finished watching both seasons of Code Geass yet, it is too early for you to be reading this.

Potential candidates are: C.C., Kallen, Euphemia, Nunnally, Milly Ashford, Kaguya, Shirley. Kaguya: Well, she claims to be Zero's wife though it seems to be one-sided. Milly Ashford: she always teases Lelouch in particular and seems like her true self around him (unlike with Lloyd). She created the "grab the hat, wear the hat, become a couple" event in a final attempt to become a couple with Lelouch (Sayoko noted that Milly seemed to be a bit serious in getting Lelouch's hat, and Milly admitted it herself). Although, it seems Lelouch thinks of Milly as no more than a precious friend. Milly was among the hostages that made Lelouch do the rescue mission. Nunnally: what? why is she here, you ask? Don't forget Lelouch's goal for the rebellion: to make a peaceful world for Nunnally to live in. For someone to go that far to do what he did and the harshness it would create for him, there is no doubt a lot of love is there (even if only as family). Nunnally also mentioned how she and Euphemia used to fight over who would become Lelouch's bride when they were kids. Euphemia: When lelouch shoots her, he mentions how she was his first love. Lelouch didn't kill her when he had a good chance to in the hostage event and also on the island. Though lelouch almost used geass on her to make her kill herself, but that was turned around when euphemia declared she was going to give up her status so that she could be together with everyone. Shirley: Shirley was among the hostages that made Lelouch do the rescue mission although it was unplanned and not strategically beneficial at first and dangerous. Shirley won the event and got/wore Lelouch's hat declaring them a couple for a day. Lelouch broke his own implied rule to not use Geass on people he cared about, and used it on Shirley to make her forget all the bad memories (her father's death, knowing Zero was Lelouch who killed her father, fact that she shot Viletta, and being toyed around mentally by Mao). When no more memory Shirley was talking to Lelouch, she asked lelouch if the person he lost was someone he loved? Lelouch says he doesn't even know anymore though he did say that he lost someone very precious to him, and how he never realized how much her smile always saved him. Lelouch was devastated when he found Shirley dying. C.C.: Lelouch makes the effort to save C.C. from Mao (despite C.C. saying that he no longer had a use for Lelouch, which she only said to protect lelouch from Mao). Lelouch knows her real name and background. Also, he treats pre-Geass C.C. with care. C.C. is one of few people supporting him in the end as she is one of the few who knows of Lelouch's zero requiem plan. Lelouch lets her freeload off him (living in his place and you know that those pizza expenses are coming off Lelouch's wallet, haha). Lelouch protects C.C. from Charles in the C dimension thingamajig, and also stops her from choosing death. Lelouch keeps no secrets from her (or at least not as much compared to the other members). Kallen: Lelouch starts the rebellion by saving Kallen first. Lelouch keeps it a secret that Kallen is a resistance member and that her school persona is super fake. Lelouch gives the first advanced knightmare frame they get to Kallen. Lelouch was willing to show his identity to Kallen at some point, though she declined. After realizing that he killed Shirley's father through his methods, Lelouch gives Kallen a chance to leave the Black Knights to lead a normal life and not a life stained with blood although Kallen chooses to stay with him till the end, which makes lelouch happy. Lelouch seems to trust her the most, making her the head of his personal guard team. When lelouch was chasing Arthur (the cat who was wearing Zero's mask), one of his first thoughts was to have Kallen help him though he declined the ideas afterwards knowing that Kallen is already suspicious of lelouch. Aroudn the beginning of season 2, when Kallen was upset that lelouch was keeping secrets from her and not C.C., lelouch replied that he hasn't told anyone about his and Kallen's relationship to anyone yet. LOL Lelout acts like a gentleman and puts his coat over bunny-version Kallen. Major Point: When Kallen is captured, lelouch completely freaks out and immediately says something to her to keep her spirits up over the situation. Then, he initiates a battle that clearly shows favoritism over strategy with the purpose of saving Kallen. The battle is also not strategically in their favor, which is rare for Lelouch to initiate. When the Black Knights are about to execute Lelouch, Kallen stands in fron of him defending him. Lelouch shoves in her face that she was nothing more than a useful pawn to him. This makes her sad and starts walking away from him. He tells her to "live on", and his action also made it so that Kallen wouldn't be shot too. Lelouch requests Kallen take a long detour route to the meeting room (probably to spend one last final moment with her), then Kallen kisses Lelouch. Lelouch was still doing his plan to make it look he didn't care, although it is hard to say what he was truly thinking at that moment (although he did seem sad when he said, "sayonara, Kallen." My personal pick is Kallen. What do you think? Please share your thoughts.

Maybe the answer is Suzaku...

That would explain why he is surrounded by girls but never shows any affection towards them.
