How much would you bet?

The Three Laws of Robotics:
1. A robot may not injure a human being, or, through inaction, allow a human being to come to harm.
2. A robot must obey the orders given it by human beings except where such orders would conflict with the First Law.
3. A robot must protect its own existence as long as such protection does not conflict with the First or Second Law.

My very long reply got lost when beta crashed. As a matter of fact it was when I hit the submit button that beta went down. It was one hell of a post.... :rollin Anyhoo:
Even if Zero is a hunter, vampires and humans lived together just fine. The purpose of the hunters was to deal with unruly vampires which Yuuki is not. So why kill her? I realize he needs a reason to live now so why not just say....we'll see eachother again someday and that's why I'm living for? . Just frustrating. While I'm torn on Zero I would still like to see a happy ending for him as well.

Kathpatty, thanks for reminding me of that. :) I forgot he did talk about that some in the anime. (I'm just now reading the manga because I prefer to read after watching. )

But I still agree with GK.
Vampire Hunters were only going after troublesome vampires. Those that were living peacefully with humans weren't bothered. So Zero should have no grudge against Yuki or Kaname. Yuki should also not be excited about seeing Zero again. What kind of friend/vampire/person is she? She gets excited to see someone who's come to kill her and her loved ones? :? If I were her, I would have wanted that goodbye to be the final goodbye if the next time we were to meet we would be enemies. Oh then please, let us never meet again.
I liked the ending. It made me happy. Although, as I said before, what would have made me love the ending would have been if
Yuki had drained Zero of all of his blood. I really did think Zero was going to die but maybe that's the ending for the manga. :? I guess we'll find out later.
Can you hear this fangirl squee?!

I agree with GK! I was bummed that Yuuki just drank Zero's blood and he didn't kiss her like in the manga. It also appeared that Kaname was a little surprised Yuuki was going with him even though he had everything else planned out perfectly. I also agree the whole "next time I see you I will kill you so I have something to live for since I always wanted to kill myself b/c I'm a vampire not just a hunter and no longer has the excuse of protecting Yuuki to stay alive scenario" was not the best. I had a feeling Yuuki would be with Kaname, but I also wished that Zero was a little happier at the end. I loved Aido and the fact that Kaname still has true followers to "serve" him even though he had set them free. Kaien Cross was great at the end...I had a feeling there was way more to him than he let on. The part with Shiki going to find Ichijou was good, too but I did like the manga on that part better. Over all, I liked the way it ended. And yes, I still like both Zero and Kaname.

Btw, was anyone else reminded of the IY #3 movie with the way Bloody Rose wrapped around Zero's arm?
I know there is still a chapter left in the manga so I am wondering if that is the end for the manga. I guess we'll have to wait and see.

Actually, Ichijou was found by the pureblood girl from the party...who wasn't in the anime at all...instead of Shiki looking for him. Her comment was something to the effect that she was glad the way things turned, b/c she had wanted Ichijou for herself anyway.
