I like my Ichigo figure, too

He keeps Kenshin and human Inuyasha and Chrno company

(Only time I've ever pre-ordered a figure. As soon as I saw it ... "Must Have Ichigo!!")

Bleach is the only anime currently running that I anticipate viewing each week. So much so that I watch the raw first before the subs come out. Unfortunately I don't care much for just about all the new shows that have started airing this month.

I'm staying away from reading the manga. From my experiences, I would rather see the anime first and then read the manga afterwards since the anime nearly always feels flat to me if I do it the other way around. I don't mind hearing the minor future manga spoilers, but I'm trying to stay away from hearing the major ones.

I do wish bittorent downloads weren't so dang slow, 'cause I really do want to check this show out if for no other reason than the ratings it's getting in Japan.

I do think I'm gonna buy the manga with my first store order though. Ha, and you guys thought I was doing this so I could get stuff for other people??!! mwahahaha *does the happy discount dance* Ahem. Sorry.

She's known about that for months from the same source that pointed her
towards the Ichigo figure. Wonder who that wonderful person was?

No kidding!!! I was cruising YJ and stumbled upon my Ichigo figure. Had no clue who it was, but Hot Dam* HAD to have him! BUY OUT PRICE! Started actually looking into this Bleach thing after I bought the figure.... go figure

Then when on vacation, found the manga and bought all of them (five) without even really looking at them first. I HAD to know the story behind the figure (that hadn't even gotten to me in the mail yet!)!

We just bought a new DVD player that's supposed to play darned near anything, so hopefully I can even watch other zones/formats!

Btw, on the subject of figures, here are a few Bleach figures coming out
for those who want to pre-order them:

Renji
Orihime and Yoruicihi

Above two are from Megahouse (same people who did the Ichigo and Rukia
figures mentioned above). Their releases generally sell out fast and I've
never heard of them doing extra runs, so pre-ordering is recommended if
you want them.

It doesn't say anything about size. I'm trying to figure out why these would be so much less expensive than the original one was. Question mark? any insider information?

And Kisara... I have two from that Kenshin set already

Kenji and Kenshin with gi half torn off (pardon me while I calm my raging pulse for a moment...)

Bleach plushies are also being made. I think they're not goint to be available until sometime in September though. Did anyone order the Ichigo and Kon that are/were supposed to come out this month?

On the picture of Ichigo, you'll see a "16 cm" notation by height which is
about 5 inches. I believe that's about half the size of the Megahouse one.

Oh yeah, I watch it. I've downloaded 28 episodes, but haven't quite watched all of them yet. I'm really enjoying it!

I like how comedy is mixed in with the action, I think that hybrid genre is my most favorite. Can't get enough of it.
