darksuzaku and Roboflonne both talk about this so called
escape pod, but in the image that they show, isn't Lelough looking
over everything that has already been destroyed? More explaination
on that please. And Klet, I didn't know that they list the condition
of all of the characters. I will have to go check out the site link
that you gave.![]()
Well, as far as we know, there's no "escape pod." If there is, they're saving it for a big reveal towards the end of the show. Roboflonne and darksuzaku just don't want to accept Nunnally's death. I don't really want to, either. It just feels like there was a lot more to explore in her relationship with Lelouch, and why she was doing the things she was for Britannia. I think she knew he was Zero and was just trying to help, like Euphie was earlier. I don't really have any solid evidence to support that theory, though. It just seems like she'd have to recognize him, and that she wouldn't support Britannia if you consider how much she revered Lelouch and what she knew about his feelings towards the empire. Though, who knows . . . maybe he never told her straight out what his opinion was. Plus, she was finally starting to develop some backbone. ![]() |
As for character status, there's a chart on Code Geass's Japanese site that gets updated after each episode airs. http://geass.jp/correlative.html After the episode where Suzaku drops the bomb (18?), Nunnally, Romeyer, Sayoko, and Guillford were labeled as "missing." After the next episode, that label changed to "dead." ![]() |

I am confused here as well. Didn't Anya say something to
Suzaku about having a diary from when she was younger, but that
her memories are different from what the diary says?? Susaku
thinks that the Emperor used Geass on her to erase her memories,
but if she is actually Marianne could he do that?? Also, why does
she always seem to be having 'episodes' or flasbacks when she is
in battle especially when she came into contact with C.C.? Any
help you could give me would be greatly appreciated.
Well, I personally don't think that Marianne and Anya are the same person. Anya's eyes had the red ring glow that only occurs when someone is being geassed, not when they are using their geass. Also, if Marianne had a Code (and thus, is like Charles, CC and VV) she would no longer be able to use her geass. My guess is that Marianne's geass allowed her to possess people, or perhaps even go so far as to let her spirit completely abandon her body and enter the body of another. So, when she "died," she could have very well have astroprojected her spirit over to Anya. At this point, perhaps Charles geassed Anya to forget some stuff. Maybe that act extended to Marianne, effectively sealing her within Anya. Of course, these first two paragraphs are just speculation, and I'm probably way, way off. Since CC is the one she made the contract with, contact with her appears to have "awakened" Marianne in a way. That kind of makes sense, since CC was also able to restore Lelouch's memories through contact. I think that might explain the "episodes" Anya was having. The rest of your questions, though, we can only speculate over at this point. |
