Well SSK you have the show right but the others aren't what I'm looking for.

Just a clue Toriyama discusses this in the letters page of the Graphic novels, well he does in my copy anyway (the Viz version)

Hmm, I couldn't find the answer among the manga volumes that I have, but I'll give it a guess:

1. Senbei Norimaki (both perverts?)

2. Dr. Slump... already established.
3. Uh, since they look different, I'm thinking I might be wrong on my guess here...

I think I read somewhere though that Roshi was (also?) based on Toriyama's own perverted self.

For the song, I seem to remember something like "Explosion of Power," but I really have no idea despite the fact that I've seen that scene easily enough times to replay it in my head.

Well.

You were wrong on #5, #7, #8, #11, #13.

So you got MOST of them right, however.

5.) A Black Day for Planet Earth is when Vegeta/Nappa arrive.
7.) Borrowed Powers is when Cell first appears to Piccolo (and does the Kamehameha)
8.) Minute of Desperation is when Vegeta holds off Buu for Goku and gets all bloodied up.
11.) One More Wish is when they have one wish left after beating Cell and want to wish back Goku, but he chooses to stay
13.) And Saving Throw is when Trunks Confronts Perfect Cel USSJ-style.

The song is called "Day of Destiny - Spirit vs Spirit" and was composed for the transformation, exclusively.

And with that, I bring back to life this thread.... maybe? lol. Here's another question, easy though.

What is the trademark characteristic that Toriyama uses on the deceased in DBZ?

A good example is when Gohan dies in the future... he has no pupils in his eyes which signifies he is in fact dead. It happens again to Bardock's friend when he dies I believe.

Ok, here are three new questions. This is a research question, so feel free to use the internet to search for the answer here.

1. How old is Master Roshi when Goku is born?

2. How old is Vegeta when Goku is born?

3. True or False? Master Roshi was born before Kami became God of earth.

I got my answers from here:

Master Roshi was born in 430 A.D.
Vegeta was born in 732 A.D.
Kakarot was born in 737 A.D.

Making Roshi 307 years old when Goku was born and Vegeta 5 years older than Goku.

And I think the answer to #3 is true, but I couldn't find an exact answer.

I don't have another question to ask. Yet.
