Nicely done, dbzmomma! Right all the way.

In the year 431, the original Namek who came to earth tried to become God (but failed because of the evil in his heart). After 30 years of training, he came back to God's palace (in 461), separated from Piccolo and became God. This was also the same year that the original Garlic was defeated. OK, you better think of a question--cause it's your turn!

Since the topic is dead (Hope I didn't kill it)... let me go ahead and give the answers.

Capsule Corp. is located in West City and Dr. Briefs is always missing his cigarette that is ALWAYS in his mouth in the edited dub. Painstankingly painted out frame by frame! Eeek!

Sorry, BO--not your fault... I think your question was just too obscure for everyone. I sure didn't notice the cig edit... that's interesting though. Anyways, let's try another question to bring the thread back to life!

Q: DBZ has many naming themes for difference races/groups in the show (example--the Saiyans are all named after vegetables). For each of the following characters, give the item/thing which Toriyama was referencing with the name:

1. Brolly
2. Kakarot
3. Turles
4. Burter
5. Videl

I've only included 3 different naming themes here, but there are many more! For bonus points

, list at least 4 other naming themes/parodies.
