Alright, I'll give my last two nominations a boost.

First is Subaru...

She's got a strong will and a kind heart. She enjoys the World very much and desires to protect it as best she can.

With her power, she rules the Crimson Knights well, but she knows her limits.

Now, Nemu Kurotsuchi of 12th Division.

Nemu is an active member of the Shinigami Women's Association, where once they required her and Isane to go take pictures of Byakuya. Being unfamiliar with a camera before, she kept saying 'Butter, Captain Kuchiki' instead of 'Cheese!' You can view it here...

Still, Nemu tries hard to make friends, especially with the other girls. She has a kind heart and is very obedient, sometimes not always good in her case, but she did save Uryu Ishida's life. ^.^

Meanwhile, since pretty much all my favorites have been not only nominated, but seconded, I'm still hoping someone will nominate Jushiro Ukitake or Gin Ichimaru from Bleach, or Balmung from .Hack. ^.^

It's so hard to pick only 5 to nominate, and 5 to second.
But what if we could pick 10 each?!?

I was thinking about how much I would like to be able to second more characters that have just recently come up, but the list is already pretty dang long. It will already be difficult enough to only vote for a few characters each time, and so many good characters will fall off the list before we get to the final vote.

I can't wait!

Me too! I seconded my 5 characters early on, because they were characters I love, but so many more have been nominated! I hope more characters get their well deserved seconds in time!

By hand.

It's just easier and faster for me. I do tallies as frequently as I can to stay up with everyone. As soon as a tally is posted, if anyone edits their post the vote won't count because I won't see it. I always start with my posted tally and move forward. It's really not that hard. The hard part is just trying not to go cross-eyed sifting through it all, which is why I ask everyone to double check themselves.
