I think I need a deeper algorithm.

Ok speaking of fairies- this hint will do it for sure. I mean, this was a big theatrically released "prestige" product:
There is a recurring motif throughout this movie featuring a famous Grimm Brothers' (albeit with the unhappy Perrault ending) Fairy Tale...
