The Three Laws of Robotics:
1. A robot may not injure a human being, or, through inaction, allow a human being to come to harm.
2. A robot must obey the orders given it by human beings except where such orders would conflict with the First Law.
3. A robot must protect its own existence as long as such protection does not conflict with the First or Second Law.
-I, Robot (Asimov)
What is that feeling like? Where were you SO bad for Baakay since she was really close with guessing Nana from
Elfen Lied?

*nodsnods*
But thanks to her guess she pointed me in the right direction, and I was able to think of who it was. So, really, part of the credit goes to her too.
Thanks, Baakay!
Great idea Ky for a game, Ky, but I'm definatelyfindin this tricky... I could recognize 3 of the last two rounds but that's all, they've been guessed already.
Motoko Kusangi's eyes are AMAZINGLY BEAUTIFUL in that slither of a picture. WOW. *violently shakes head from side to side to snap out of the spellbound daze*
Now that a couple of people have voiced their inability to guess the
theme or other pictures, I'm wondering if it might be a sound decision
to make a subtle hint to the theme (and hence the other pictures).

woooah. Way subtle.
Ok, wild guess time.
Our theme is: characters voiced by your favorite "bring her home from Japan for me" seiyuu, Megumi Hashibara.
(I have nary a clue who 2 of them are but heck, I've already proven I'm not afraid to be the goat!)

So that's who he's always asking kittens to bring him back?! i thought he was just after pretty Japanese school girls . . .
#6 is Pyocola Analogue III from Digi Charat.
Edit: It's Hayashibara, btw. That makes it a lot easier to find info. on her. Not that I could name any voice actors at all. Even getting the name slightly wrong is better than what I could pull out.
Alright, that's a lie. Urahara's seiyuu is Miki Suichirou.
That's still leaves #9 up for grabs. Spare me your lamentations if you think
you know it, but don't post your guess before someone else beats you to it.
