I started watching Bleach on the weekend... by the fourth episode I was already falling sleep... does it get any better or should I drop it?

And you know what? those big resin puppies are HARD! Oooo that would hurt! :hurt:

Well I think personally that Bleach up to the end of the Soul Society arc is one of the best ever. Yes, it does get better. Ichigo's development is riveting.

The filler eps... I enjoyed them because they were so VERY bad!! ;)

I actually finished watching Samurai 7 a week or so ago. It was pretty good.

If you really don't like it, then I don't see the point in watching 100 episodes of it.

Personally, I really enjoy watching Bleach, even the fillers because I like the show and the characters (i'm the same way with Inuyasha, actually, I think Inuyasha fillers are better than some of the story arcs). But, don't force yourself to watch it if you don't like it. There are plenty of other things to do with 50 hours than watch a show that you don't like.

I'm working on Bleach, Tenshi ni Narumon, and Kodocha. TnN has been a hard pill to swallow - it just annoys me too much sometimes. I only have one DVD of Kodocha, but I think it's terrific! And the first two DVDs of Bleach have been good as well.

I know, but that's why I was asking... sometimes the anime - as a good book - can have a 'lazy' start and then gets really good as the episodes go by, that's why I asked. Im gonna watch some more episodes the next weekend and will see if my mind was changed or not regarding Bleach and Ichigo.

Personally, I tried Bleach and didn't like it. :emb
Sure it took me 2 tries to like Naruto which is one of my favs now..
BUTTTTT....
:moon
...I did give Bleach about 20-22 episodes and still
couldn't get into it. :shrug
A sure sign that it just wasn't for me. :flushie

Anyways getting back to the topic,
right now I'm watching the end of Samurai Champloo (Mugen is the SMEX!! :drool :love2 )
and about to start Ergo Proxy and Paranoia Agent.

As is evident by the lack of Leah's presence, she has better things to do with her time...like drown her collection in floods of drool. Besides, drool comes out a lot easier than blood. :D

Despite the fact I have tons to watch, I've hardly watched any episodes in the last two weeks. :( However, I'm sure never to be too late to watch the newest Kanon 2006. Thanks to Keropi, I am watching Wind ~ a breath of heart, and will be starting Kakyuusei TV. I have about a dozen shows on the backburner.

I've also finished a number of enjoyable shows in the past few months, such as Ergo Proxy, Mushishi, and Otome wa Boku ni Koishiteru.

Bleach - end of fillers
Ghost Hunt - only watched 1 epi, ok so far
Nodame Cantabile - recommended

Bleach is gd, give it a few more epis as it gets more exciting when the stage shifts to Soul Society. But then as a Bleach fan I could be biased...

Nodame Cantabile is romantic and funny, the classical music is gd too.

I concur about Nodame Cantabile -I'm completely hooked!
Finally getting around to watching Monster
Hana Yori Dango 2 - Live Action
And waiting patiently for the final Asatte no Houkou to be fansubbed.

Thanks to you all, I am watching Nodame Cantabile as well.

I also finished Princess Princess. I think I'll go watch it again. It was really fun!
