There is a mysterious war that envelopes the story.

No one knows who the enemy is. They simply come and destroy everything. It doesn't seem to be aliens or some super natural beings. The enemy are enemy human soldiers.

The story centers around a School Girl who is bad at all subjects in school except history or Geology... one of those useless classes that won't get you far in life.

She's small and runs out of breathe like the little choo choo train that could. It's her will that drives her on.

One night after leaving her boyfriend who is a complete jerk and doesn't walk her home cause he's an idiot! She is taken by the government and is equipped to be the military's most awesome weapon!

afterwards all hell break lose and she nukes alot of places... Then the world ends. Then we all run outside to buy more tissues.... Because everyone died...

And waahhh!!!

Ok here is my clue:

A Grade school girl stumbles upon a humanoid robot under construction by the Japanese police, built to fight advanced forms of crime. The girls contact with the robot gives the robot A personality and the girl is recruited to become the leader of the new police group formed of humanoid robots.

(I hope this isn't too vague, if so I will come up with more to add later)
