Am I missing something? I see she nominated Zero from Vampire Knight.

Anyway, yes, Zero from Code Geass is NOT an available character for this game. I remember at least 3 different people portraying him. So while he's a character, it depends on the persona behind the mask to how exactly he acted. But mostly, he's tied to Lelouch.
