I'm actually enjoying these recent fillers. From the lack of feedback in my other post from episode 195 I assume I'm alone on this. But I have to admit....the last few episodes have been hilarious and also really cool. I enjoy learning about more of the characters and their pasts and the fact that we can see some of them use moves they've never used before. I guess I've been pleasantly surprised as of late. That's not to say I'm REALLY ready for the regular story line to pick up.

Yeah I really liked episodes 195 and 196. Out of those two my favorite was 196 when Gai was fighting.

I haven't watched naruto since...i dont even remember...word on the street (narutofan.com) is that the fillers iwll end with episode 199 and start the kakashi arch on ep 200....*crosses fingers*

i agree, episodes 195-196 were very compelling, and i was excited when both guy and lee opened up some gates.

That would rock xKx! I sure hope it's true. I so want to see the Kakashi arc since I don't read the manga. All the images of the manga look so awesome.

Well I just finished watching episode 197 and according to the OP the filler ends soon. We shall see. They replaced the regular OP credits with scenes from the third Naruto movie. While some looks interesting, but artwork leaves little to be desired. I loved how they introduced the third movie scenes. Stating that the first two movies were number 1 at the box office for a couple weeks while this third one was in ninth. I cracked up. "Gives us something to look forward to".

Well, I find them at animenewsnetwork.com. Just go to Naruto in the anime encyclopedia section. When you click on how many episodes they have, you'll see the next couple of future airings in Japan.

Isn't it interesting that anime news network has removed the titles to the Gaiden episodes all together now? They were there just a couple days ago.
