Was the 90 minute special episode the start of yet another filler ???

I haven't read the manga so I wouldn't know....but it really does seem like just another filler....

Episode 209: "The Enemy, Shinobazu"

It's pretty incredible. I can't believe they've went a whole year with fillers. It's anybody's guess when they'll stop but at this rate, who knows? All I have to say is 'thank goodness for the manga' -

I was really hoping for 209 to mark the start of part two. I suppose I shouldn't have gotten my hopes up (yet again). I haven't watched Naruto with any regularity in months, and now it looks like it might stay that way. Ugh.

It wouldn't be so frustating if Studio Pierrot would simply announce when and if they'll start showing part two. Of course, then people might just stop watching until the time jump occurs. We can't have that!
