Sounds like they forgot the old adage " This better to keep silent and be thought a fool then to open one's mouth and remove all doubt!"

It's hard to have a battle of wits with one obviously unarmed. Both should have let the complaint comments go unreplied to rather then respond and go to the poster's level.

I did like the directors responce though , too bad he deside to leave his job over it.

p.s. Next time you try arguing, have something to back you up instead of saying someone else in an idiot... Saying that they don't know anything, really is a lame attack. Atleast back it up.
