Skip Beat was just made into an anime. You might like that, based on what genre you said you're looking for.

Perhaps. I lost my train of thought.

Hatenkou Yuugi 's a cute series, though it leans a bit to the shounen romance side :)
the Wallflower, and Special A are also cute if you looking for a romantic comedy.

Sometimes it can be really hard to find a good show. I just started one recently that I am very impressed with. Its the best I have seen in a long time.

Mushi - shi. It doesn't really fit as a young adult. romantic or dramatic story though. In fact, I don't even know how I would categorize it. Its just a series of fascinating short stories.
