I am in between my manga books
and waiting for new episodes of Nodame, Skip beat and Vampire guilty anime...
Can any one suggest another good anime to watch... kinda like the young adult, romance, etc.

Hatenkou Yuugi 's a cute series, though it leans a bit to the shounen romance side
the Wallflower, and Special A are also cute if you looking for a romantic comedy.
This is one of the reasons I like being signed up on MAL (My Anime List). They give lots of recommendations based off what you've seen. Here are a few ideas I have you might like.

Sometimes it can be really hard to find a good show. I just started one recently that I am very impressed with. Its the best I have seen in a long time.
Mushi - shi. It doesn't really fit as a young adult. romantic or dramatic story though. In fact, I don't even know how I would categorize it. Its just a series of fascinating short stories.
