Slice of life means a story that is somewhat realistic and seems to follow a character or set of characters thru a set period of time. Basicly ones you can see having a chance of actually occuring in real life.

Ones like To Heart , Rumbling Hearts , Clannad season 1 , Comic Party , Binbou Shimai Monogatari , Kare Kano. could all fit in that catagory.

You mean to watch, not necessarily collect from right? Because there are a lot I don't collect from even though they my favorites.

This isn't easy to pick just one. I got several favorite anime in each category.
I hope it's ok to add more than one, since I really can't make up my mind and some of these are actually a tie for me as in favorites. But after watching a lot of anime it’s hard to really keep just a small amount of favorites. Each category has many more favorites which are too many to post. So these are just some of the ones that come to mind:
