Fall 2010 Anime Season

Searching for an anime season poster thing, I ran across this site here:

What would you most like to see given what is shown there right now?

I'd say I'd most like to see (not in any particular order):

1. Ironman ------------------------- might be interesting
2. Letter Bee Reverse ------------ continuation
3. The World God Only Knows --- I like the manga, but it took awhile to grow on me and there are a lot of in-gamer jokes
4. Otome Youkai Zakuro --------- don't know anything about it
5. Yosuga no Sora ---------------- uh...unusual subject matter
6. Sora no Otoshimono ---------- I don't have high hopes, but I'll probably like some parts of it
7. Hakuouki season 2 ------------ probably will be interesting
8. My Little Sister Can't Be This Cute --- manga is okay. Anime is using the original character designer for a change
9. MM ------------------------------- kind of an odd choice to be adapted. I barely read any of this. don't know if I'll like it or not
10. Fortune Arterial --------------- I expect mostly fluffiness,, but the main story will be interesting

I'm not as sure about the other ones, but I might like a few of the other ones too.

Hey ultimatebrucelee, the "Tonari no Randoseru W" manga is using a character named "Shiori Fujisaki" as the violent love interest.

The original writer must have no knowledge of all of the first Tokimeki Memorial or else they wouldn't have used that name. Or maybe they just hated game-Shiori.

I love when you start these threads. First, you do the research for us

and after the season starts I can come back here and compare with what I ended up watching.

I'm looking forward to a couple 2nd seasons - Letter Bee Reverse & Hakuouki

I've seen images from Togainu no Chi so I'm curious about it and will watch that one.

Psychic Detective Yakumo, Yosuga no Sora and Otome Youkai Zakuro look interesting, so I might watch those.

I just did a search on "A Certain Magical Index" since this is the 2nd season. I found it under "To Aru Majutsu no Index". I'm going to check out the first season.

Thanks again, Keropi. It's nice to have something to look forward to and to see when some of the continuations are starting. As a bonus, a few series are starting on my birthday!

Psychic Detective Yakumo's being animated?! that makes me happy

That's probably the series I'm most interested from the list.

I'll likely watch Letter Bee, and Hakuoki's second seasons since I liked both first seasons for the most part (bad letter bee fillers bad

)

Yosuga no Sora, Togainu no Chi, and Otome Youkai Zakuro sound good so I'll probably at least start these

Curious about Bakuman so I'll probably check it out, it sounds like it'll either be cute...or boring

...and I promise I'm not mimicking you AO, we just seem to have very similar tasted this time around

I'll second the thanks Keropi, I don't really pay any attention to what's coming soon series wise, I think I'd miss quite a few of the newer series without your thread

Hyakka Ryouran Samurai Girls -> This one has already had a pre-airing.

MM! -> But something tells me i'll be dropping it soon.

I'm not really interested in any of the second seasons coming this time around,

I'm interested to see how super robot war's gonna turn out. loved the game and liked those ovas. don't really see anything else decent..

Yes, it's nice having something to look forward to. The Spring and Summer seasons have had more anime that I've liked compared to the two seasons that came before them.

Psychic Detective Yakumo always seemed interesting to me, but I never got around to reading any of the manga. I seem to read a lot of manga where the characters can see things that others cannot.

I love these posters too!

Let's see. I'm of course going to continue with season 2 of Hakuouki. But I'll try out Psychic Detective Yakumo, Togainu no Chi, Yosuga no Sora and Otome Youkai Zakuro.

Hakuouki S2 will be very interesting I imagine. Of course there's the character design changes which will make the fangirls swoon some more... But for me, it will be more interesting as S2 will deal with the Boshin war which most Shinsengumi shows/stories hardly touch. I'd be curious to see if they try to cram as much "history" in there like they did the first season... If anything it would be informative, since no one really tries to go beyond that except Hijikata's exploits in Hokkaido.

Who'll get the girl? LOL.... And I"d love to see how they "resolve" the vampire angle.

I'd like to point out something potentially objectionable about "Yosuga no Sora". For those who would rather not know DON"T READ below:

YOSUGA NO SORA SPOILER:

The "Yosuga no Sora" storyline contains a blood-incest relationship in it (the twins). From what I heard and from what little I've seen of the manga, it's tastefully done. But I thought I'd warn potential viewers. So for those who object to seeing that, I can understand if you want to avoid it. ^_^

Thanks for the warning, Keropi! I'm one of the safe people though. That stuff doesn't bother me in stories. It only bothers me in reality. Most people I know got creeped out by Kirapapa yet I loved it and have watched it several times.

The preview wonâ€™t be ready quite yet. Iâ€™m in the process of gathering PVs and re-encoding them. Thatâ€™ll take some time. 95% of the write-up is complete though.
