Need help finding a good set of complete Sailor Moon dubs?

I've been having quite a hard time finding a complete set of Sailor Moon episodes in English. (The ones that were played on Toonami in the 90s). I was wondering if any of you guys knew of a set that was dubbed in English (no subtitles or Japanese please) and had excellent quality? From what I've gathered, it seems as though a lot of the sets I've found are bootleg and I don't really want to drop $100 or more to end up with some crappy recording. (I don't mind good bootleg recommendations as long as they are clear in both picture and sound.)

Does anyone know where I can buy the whole dubbed series? I really want to watch this show again, but I don't know what to get!
