Ranma 1/2 unknow scene...

Hello,

At the 1: 20 until 1:37 there is a scene that I have never seen before. It's not come from the TV series, Ranma have is purpule jaquet, not the red one... (and it's not the OVA 13, it's made with old design)
Please someone can tell me where this scene com from?? (maybe a LD bonus, A special edition from DOCO clip or Nettou Uta Gassen? I have no idea)
(I know very welll this animation, Series, OVAs, movies, clips, and Don't know anything about this scene.

The scene is from the Kitty Animation Special "Hugh Battle! 29 Unteachable Fools".

This is one of the few Ranma videos that I don't actually possess. I had thought it was exclusively a clip video. However, viewing it, I see a fair amount of new animation between the clips and even some new material, such as the scene in question.
