Who's your favorite vampire?

They're all cool, but who do you like the most from both of the D. movies?

It was a tough choice for me, because I love Mier just as much D. They're both sexy and hauntingly beautiful, posses unique powers and abilities, and have noble reasons for their actions. I chose D. though, because the talking hand is just so darned original, and being the son of Dracula gives him a mysteriously powerful edge over the rest of the vampires ( even though he's also half human).

So, who did you guys choose and why?

I picked Meier. While I agree that the hand is very original, and D sexy

, there is nothing quite like a bad boy!

Meier is a full vampire that has experienced more of life. (bad as well as good) While D abstains from everything but the hunt. (kinda boring) So it is a more meaningful gesture for Meier to not change Charlotte as a sign of love.

Just my 2 cents worth.

It was a tough choice for me too

I chose D over Meier though because he is a very intriguing and mysterious character. I loved him in both movies

You probably meant Carmella, not Caroline, right? Caroline was a Barbaroy (sp?)--not a vampire. D is my favorite, even though he's not a full vampire (he's got the best of both worlds anyways).

Thanks Marauder. Yes, I meant Carmella. I don't why I couldn't remember her name. I guess that shows how much I paid attention to the female characters.

Alucard from Hellsing. He takes vampirism to a whole new level! Oh...he's not in the poll? Okay. I voted for Meier Link. He's a total badass and still willing to sacrifice his own life for the one he loves!

D is cool, but he doesn't exactly pull at your heartstrings with his attitude sometimes, so I voted for Meier. D's not technically a vampire anyway right? He's a dunpeal.

I had to vote Meier for my boyfreind's sake. He loved VHD Bloodlust, and after watching it he called Meier "the hotness".

It's a running joke with us now....

Well, since this is a VHD section I only included vampires from that series.
I agree with you about Alucard, he is the coolest one of all.

So damned original! Plus, he's like so freaking psychotic.

I voted for D.
It was not an easy decision because I just adore Meier's design and think he's absolutely gorgeous.
But D is so mysterious and..and...

Okay...I'm a bit late in replying to this thread, but I have just seen Bloodlust for the first time.

It's really bad because I looove it! and now I want cels of D and Meier...(I was afraid of that, I'm just so predictable..

I voted for Carmella. Though I was going wtf when she died because well, she was very powerfull for just being a spirit, but I love her character and design. If Im right, I think she was based off Carmilla <btw is that how its spelled?> a vampire character who came before Dracula by Le Fanu <think thats how its spelled> Either way, she's a redhead so thats a major bonus for me! <glances around>
