It's available in the US. One of the students in my Japanese class did his free project on this game, and he said it was . . . /wah From what I remember one of the kanji used in the title is the kanji for cow . . . but the title doesn't mean anything, it just sounded cool to the Japanese preject team. :D

Sorry, no more suggestions . . . I don't play many multi-player games.
