I was never that great at it, but it was a lot of fun. I played "soldier" most of the time.

It's a lot of fun. I'm in 2 clans so I'v ealways got friends to play with. The characters are vibrant and humerous, which is a serious detour from the normal FPS serious platform.

So how does the medic work now in Team Fortress 2?

From what I seen on those Youtube videos, it looks like you no longer have to stand right next to someone to give them health.

Can you stand slightly around the corner and give someone health?

I recall jogging around work several years ago holding a flat white box in my hands pretending I was a Team Fortress Medic.

The medic can be a decent distance away. And also his melee weapon is the most effective in the game.

Personally my favorite is being the scout and using that aluminium baseball bat. They call me...... batman

What I miss about the new TFC2 medic is that I can't "infect" people with plague. That was my favorite part of the original game: would drive the other team nuts!
