Due to his human mother, Lisa, Alucard is a dhampir, a half-human, half-vampire. His mother's death and admonition not to hate humanity caused him to take up arms against his father.

VOTE FOR SEIFER..... FFVIII

Seifer is the other man at Balamb GArden with a gunblade, and also the one who injured Squall during a sparring session. He's the leader of a Disciplinary committee at the Garden, along with his two misfits, Raijin and Fujin. He's arrogant, and dislikes his position, and feels ungratified for what he supposedly does.

Is he really just a troubled individual with no sense of direction in life, wanting only to fufill his greedy ambitions? Or is he really a young man striving only to achieve the dreams he's held since his childhood?

I have to apologize to everyone for not making an update this week.

I had company in town all week and barely had any time with the internet. Hopefully, this will be the only round with no updates. I should be able to get an update made next week on Wednesday since I'll be home recovering from my minor surgery. I can't make one now either cause I should be hopping offline and ducking for cover as we're currently under a tornado warning.

@ duotrouble: By the way, did I mess up my last three seconds? It's the third to last post in the nominating thread. It's not a big deal to me since I just picked three characters so I wouldn't waste my seconds. Also, thanks a lot for the last minute second of Red XIII; I really wasn't expecting it so late.

SELLING: Terra Branford
I know the point is arguable with very valid points, but to me, she's the first female main character for the Final Fantasy series. I couldn't imagine finishing the game without her.

She's strong,

elegant,

and quite fierce when she morphs.

Unfortunately, I don't care much for what I've seen of the 3D animation additions to later versions of the game, so I'll stick to Amano art and sprites.
