Ok from what I have been told the poll problem has been fixed.

The question is should colored paper settei be allowed in the cel awards keping the sketch awards black & white only.

Or should only plastic settei be in the cel awards and all paper colored and black & white in the sketch awards.

From JWR's comments, I take it that voting for the second option is also a vote for all paper (both black & white and color) in the sketch awards. Also, is the category name now preproduction art?
