That was fun. I especially enjoyed the "Shocked" category :OMG Seeing so many "Huh-WTF?!?" expressions made me laugh out loud. There were lots of very strong submissions. I again wished we could find out what some of the series were that they represented, as I often found myself voting for a very strong image over one that came from a show that I recognized.

I agree, I enjoyed the cels that strongly matched their category over a pretty cel from a show I like. It was very enjoyable to argue with myself over which ones matched their category more appropriately! I can not wait to see the winners.... even though all the entries were enjoyed!

This year's submissions all were of such High Quality; it really was a challenge to pick & vote on a clear favourite for each category.

The decision of whether to vote on a personal series favourite or for the cel that best matches the category is always a subtle temptation.

The "Accessory", "Background", "Children" & "Group" sections were the personal standouts for me this year.

Thanks to everyone involved in coordinating this year's event. /no1

It was a challenge on some categories. A couple entries seems like they could have been in a more appropriate category. I know I would have voted differently if they had been.

Thank you for organising! It was fun as usual....and yea, it was hard to decide in some of the categories with many strong contenders. :)

Just a quick reminder that there are less than 36 hours left to vote! :)

Voting will close tomorrow at 8 pm eastern (GMT-05:00).

And to everyone who submitted artwork in this year's awards: Please remember that if you don't vote your entries will be disqualified. X|

I hope we've had a decent turn-out of voters, thus far? Some of these categories have been INCREDIBLY challenging to vote in; so many gorgeous pieces in one place! *_*

well, to be honest, this is the first year I voted,
and it was a Blast!!! 8) !!!
a big Thank You to all the members who took
the time to enter, and also to the organizers
for all their work and effort in this project!
I really dont ever see myself entering any
of my cels any time soon, simply because of my own personal
somewhat warped reasons, but, again, Thanks to everyone for
their efforts!! And Good Luck to all!!

We've actually had a wonderful voter turnout this year. Better than last year, even.
A number of first-time voters, like uchiha615, came out and helped to make this a really great event. :)

Just a quick reminder that there are less than 10 hours left to vote!

That is exciting. :D I hope that everyone who entered has voted. It is always so sad when people get disqualified for not bothering to vote...
