Adapted to fit US specific requirement of Thanksgiving period.

3.- Repro/Rilezu >
Adapted to fit 2010 poll with 51% voters for Rilezu (reference here: viewtopic.php?f=73&t=26886)
Repro/Rilezu category suppressed from RS gallery.
PROBLEM SOLVED

All emitted problems/issues from 3rd November till 13th November are now solved.
No more existing/pending problems, competition able to start on 14th November, in time, as planned in schedule.

I know there is and has been frustration but everybody needs to stay calm everything is looking to be straightened out, let’s have fun and not fight

I can't believe all the negativity here. We had some miscommunication, but the problems are solved now. I hope peope will participate despite the differences in submitting and vote casting this time. Don't forget that this is all about sharing your best cels with others, it's not about the competition or the awards.
We from the Cel Awards 2011 team will do our best to make it a fun contest.

Hey guys! This is my first post since this thread started. I just wanted to say regardless of everything, my hat goes off to the organizers and I CAN'T WAIT to see all the awesome art pieces this year. This has always been one of my favorite times of year with all the holidays around and the Beta Awards have always been a cherry on top of my cake. So, I hope everyone has a wonderful time this year and bring out the gorgeous pieces!!
