2012 Contest?

Is there going to be a cel contest this year?
It looks like there isn't one this year.
Maybe try to get a group of people together and create one.

While I'm not very computer savvy, I'll help out as I can in getting one organized. As I recall, the most difficult part is dithering over the rules, and I'm a good ditherer.
