I'm using the optimation feature of Jasq Animation Shop 3, with which I created the animation as well. But like I said, even with the lowest quality it's still too big. I also tried a program called GIF Optimizer, but that didn't work at all. I'll cut out some frames then.zerospace wrote:Yupa, what program are you using to do your animation editing? You should be able to use Adobe ImageReady's optimization features to come out with a nice looking animation that meets the file size requirements.
EDIT: Finally I have a version which is exactly 800 KB. I found out that both reducing the colors and changing the width to 500 px reduced the file size very much.
