Anime-Beta TNG

In al those years, I never entered an Anime Beta Award show, I would like to start if there is somebody willing to organise a 2011 sketch award

Sounds funny, I can handle trophies and website graphics if required.

I know more people are interested ^^ lets hear it!! ^^

I'd love to see it happen. Any volunteers to run this contest this year?

I can offer some space if needed.
But need people for all the other stuff.

If worse comes to worse and no one else objects, I'll organize it again. I was thinking of letting it sit for a few more days to allow someone else to take the lead organization role. But if no one else wants to do it this time around, then I'll try to do it again.

I'd need someone to design the award graphics and a website, though....

Would like to volunteer - but rather limited on the skills needed to make it.
Would volunteer for non technical help....?

I'll be willing to help out in some way that does not involve web design. (While interested, the local college's free course for geezers on that topic sadly had to be canceled due to low enrollment, so I have to wait until fall for another chance.)

I'm willing to buy a domein name and space for it, any ideas for the name? ^^

I could have saved you the trouble, Joost... I knew it was welcomeconsumer who owned that name .

Previous sites, including ones I hosted, just used sub-domains of someone's existing domain, as it always seemed to be problematic to deal with domain name and hosting accounts & the comings and goings of Beta members. If you own a hosting account, Joost, it would probably be best just to use that rather than register something new that will likely just end up like the name owned by welcomeconsumer (inaccessible to current Beta members), eventually.

If you insist on registering a name, register a name with a year in it. (Like anime-beta-awards2011.com -- this way you aren't tying up a name if someone else wants to do something similar in the future).
