Probably a silly question, but...

Spotted some Bean-ness and the description is confusing me a little. I know they're photocopies (or so one assumes due to the black line where the original paper seems to end in the last picture) however, are they photocopies that were used by or given out to production staff? Or are they just photocopies by someone random who has a set and has photocopied them?
The part that is confusing me in the description is what the translator picked up as "original" and "something which was used with work". Can anyone shed some light on it for me please?

The bonus page succesfully made me laugh. XD I was thinking of PG-18 versions, too. >.>
OT however I just found out some good news so that would explain my over-active imagination currently. My local RSPCA centre has an opening for a Saturday job! ^_^! Working for the RSPCA is a dream job for me. Just need to pick up an application and get it in by Sunday. *Crosses fingers.*
Back to the Bean settei, I probably will bid whether or not they're copies used by production staff... I need a Bean fix.

Judging by the good condition of this set, I'd say they're photocopies not neccesarily used by the production studio but maybe a COPY set made by the seller.
It is hard to tell but I don't think it matters either way as this is the only way you're going to see this artwork. Since Sonoda is a big fan of guns and cars I'm sure they'll be a lot of technical detail and images that he drew personally.
Err on the side of caution, don't expect to get hand coloured/signed images and I'm sure you'll enjoy this set.
Best of luck with this one Nene!

Thanks for the replies! I'm not expecting anything hand-drawn, but the photocopies are good enough for me. The price isn't too bad for what's being sold.
I'm probably being a pain Kittens, but does the last sentence mean that the photocopies were used in the production, ie. production staff copies? I'm probably reading it wrong but I gathered it meant there's some damage due to it being used by production staff/in the production.

That's spot on! It's claimed that they were used by the crew in the making of the OVA.Nene wrote:Does the last sentence mean that the photocopies were used in the production, ie. production staff copies? Sorry about my response above, I didn't mean to imply that you'd get any original hand-drawn pictures but sometimes on these settei, you'll see some genuine writing or colouring which was aded AFTER the copies were made- just like some of the gengas.
