It's a character from the new DBZ series running in Japan, called "Neko Majin Z 3".

And, no, I'm not kidding. I have a few of the issues. It's VERY VERY strange. A parody of sorts.

But if you like DB, this is MUCH more like a doujinshi than a manga continuation.

oh! no no no. DBGT is not "canon". This is an alternate universe DB thing. The only "real" DB was DB/DBZ, DBGT is not in this at all.

Theres a thread with posts about it a couple months ago. I posted the link to the Nekomajin website. Pretty much the main cast from DBZ has shown up in the series as a cameo. Nekomajin's master is Goku, his character is definiely similar to Buu. Its pretty funny.

Pretty funny to read. I love Toriyama's art, so at least it's good to see some new material from him.
