I couldnt see this listed in "Dragonball Cels" section so i'd thought id post it just in case someone wanted it. Does anyone know why it wasnt listed in that section? Maybe they didnt title it cel or something?

It didn't show up in Rinkya's search because Rinkya doesn't search by what's in the title--they search by what category the items are listed under.
Compare Rinkya's search of Dragonball cels to your link:

On your link, the categories go:
Auction> Book, (Fancier word for book)> Picture(perhaps Manga?), Comic> Other than that (I'm not sure if this is the correct translation)
Rinkya just looks up cels that are listed in:
Auction> Comic, Anime> Cel> ta(or da)> Dragonball
That ta(or da) has to do with the Japanese alphabet. Basically, any show beginning with ta(da), chi(ji), tsu(zu), te(de) or to(do). There are more common ways of writing ji and zu. Since "Dra" is not a Japanese sound, they spell Dragonball "Doragonbohru."
So that's why.
