I had to stop right around $3K on that unicorns running. I was actually going to save the last of my bidding limit until this morning but, since the auction is past that now, not really an issue anymore. I'd love to go further but, I just can't. I'm interested to see if it will climb any higher though. Upon checking The Rinkya Information though I have a good idea of who's it's going to end up with and I certainly hope they're prepared for a lifetime of me emailing.

Not really my kind of anime, but I can see why the Unicorns cresting would be the ultimate wishlist cel. It is just beautiful.
It does humble me to see what some are willing to spend for this "hobby" - over $4K...impressive! :wow:

Purrrrrrrrrrrrrrr.

So... OK I was the insane fool who spent $4K. I will announce when it arrives and goes up in my gallery.

I'm curious though. Who ended up with the close-up of the unicorn? Since it was a deputy that won, odds are good that its a beta or rubberslug member. Its certainly a beauty. I will definately want to visit it in the future.

I don't think you're insane at all. I would have been right in there with you for at least another few thousand if I could have been. Congrats! Although, I warn you now that once it arrives I'll be emailing you every few months or so asking if you'll consider selling it.

I'm fairly certain Caroline of the Unicorn cel gallery on Rubberslug snagged the other cel.

Ooh thanks a bunch. I am going to have to watch out for it.

If I ever decide to sell the cel, you will be the first to know. :)

Hearty congratulations, GrayMouser, that setup is a real stunner. I'll keep an eye out for it in your gallery when you're able to scan and display it ^__^

Thanks Caroline. :D

I was wondering that if the auctions went high enough, it would entice more LU sellers. It looks like it has. Good luck to whoever goes for the one (or where there more that I missed?) on YJ right now.

You're not blind. It looks like the seller cancelled the auction before there were any bids. Maybe someone gave them a private offer.
