ok, i wanted to bid on something through celga. sent in my half of the deposit so they'll bid. lost the auction.
well i've emailed the billing and the admin, on asking for the deposit back. i havent heard back from either. it wasnt a big sum but i would still like it back.
why do i since i'm not getting it back.

How long ago did you send the email to the billing department? I'm guessing there's either a backlog or delay in that area since I've been waiting over a day for a reply to a payment problem. And I think it took them at least two/three days to update my recent invoice payments when it normally takes just one.
As Zerospace said, you can try their Yahoo address just incase the email was spam filtered at the billing address. They'll normally email you quickly to tell you the email has been forwarded to billing.

Just in case you guys don't know this already, Celga had their primary billing person out for about a week or so about a week ago. I had a huge problem with my billing which took a little while to sort out, but they did fix it. The billing person may or may not be back full-time yet, so just be aware .
