Does anyone know any deputies that can bid on other japan auction sites besides YJ?

Celga, Midori and Rinkya will do it for you for an additional fee.

I have used Rinkya to bid on another Japanese Auction site for cels before.

I tried to use rinkya to bid on an auction site but got an error message. Do you have to bid using the shop site ordering form? If so, do you get charged an extra fee?

Yes, in the case of bidding on another auction site outside YJ, you need to use the shop form.

You need to put the auction URL into the store form and tell them how much you want to bid.

The fee is calculated depending on the final price of the object + shipping (mine usually ended up being around $20 extra each time I did it).

celga has helped me bid or purchase items from all sorts of japanese websites, and the same fees applied.
