Am I to understand that the seller simply took a picture of the TV and said "I have a cel of this scene"? Couldn't they have just taken a picture of the CEL? And I can't figure out if it comes with a background or not.
The translation I got says "There is no picture - well, I do not think the state of cel about average. The background is cut."
Can anyone help? I want this cel but I need to be sure of some things :/
EDIT: Nevermind, I'm an idiot!
So, what exactly is this seller saying?

For a moment I thought you were referring to the type of seller who doesn't post their auction pictures right away.
Instead they leave their pictures blank for awhile and I am left to wonder what they could possibly be selling. Sometimes I never find out until the auction is over. Oh well...I can't bid on artwork when I have no idea how it looks like.
