Lately there have been some sky high auctions for this character which in the past never reached this high unless he was with Goku doing the Kamehameha. Maybe with the great conversion rate people are getting more bold?????

I'm not surprised as this is one of the most popular fights in the series. I'm more surprised at the amount of pan shots from this series that have been appearing on mandarake and YJ.

Btw did you win that gorgeous Trunks pan cel from Goku's dream sequence? I didn't see if a deputy won or not.

I didn't even try for it. I considered it, but it also went for some crazy money. I hesitated because the FX layers were slightly off so I was skeptical. It was truly stunning though.

Yeah these prices are really surprising to me also. I can see the value for the character and the sequence in which they occur as majinuub stated, but its still a really high amount (especially the first one).

Congrats to the buyer though, some nice pieces

I can't believe they go for that much still haha. I thought they died down in price. I saw that Trunks close up you guys were talking about. I wish I had money at the time
