Purchasing Adult Anime Cels

Anyone got any helpful information on the legality of Purchasing Adult Anime Cels?

I've noticed that Buyee do not allow these to be purchased, among other proxy sites, however Rinkya does.

Is it ok to purchase adult anime cels and have them delivered to the UK?

I've had them delivered to USA if that helps and I think I used Zenmarket, Buyee, and eBay. Sometimes Buyee would not check if something was sexual and let me buy it. I bought a Cream Lemon cel and Buyee shipped it in 2016. They seem to be more strict now.

Otaku Republic may be able to get them for you. There are so many proxy services it's hard to know what to recommend.
