Who is the most expensive DBZ character?

Ok, here's a question for all you loyal fans out there...who deserves the title as A #1, hands down, the most expensive DBZ character to get a cel of? Just for fun...I am curious to see if the trends continue, or if some start to skyrocket once CN plays the rest of the DBZ episodes. Oh, and if you have a cel of whatever character you voted for, make sure to spill just how much your obsession with them cost

SSJ Gojita from movie 12 (or some game cels for that matter..) are IMO the most expensive DBZ cels out there. They consistantly bring between 1200-2000.00, and have for quite a while now. Majin Vejita just started hitting the 1k mark fairly recently.. I don't think that it will continue to be at that level though ... Majin Vejita's around for a lot of episodes overall, SSJ Gojita's seen for less then 2 minutes total.

Mmm... I still stick with Gojita. The Majin Vejita's that have been so expensive have mostly come from Animegame.

(Don't take that as a complaint - I adore AG, and buy from them a lot... just not for DBZ anymore. Heh.) Even from off ebay or YJ it's rare for them to go as high as what Gojita goes for.

The exceptions have been for the pan cels of MV. Still, if a pan cel of Gojita and a pan cel of MV were either for sale or for auction, I'd lay money on the Gojita.

I voted Gogeta Movie 12 also - but if I would have seen an option for anyone Oozaru, I probably would have picked that one instead. Especially if you've seen the Gogeta Perfect Cels was trying to sell (the high bid didn't go that high) - Oozaru's go high it seems no matter what.

I also voted for SSJ Gogeta (from movie #12). Because it is so rare. I would love to have one someday and it will most likely be my most expensive single character cel. Miari Trunks can go very high depending on the cel and so can Majin Vegeta, but I think that is because they were recently played on CN. As the show progresses people will be selling other characters that are expensive now for kool characters that they haven't seen yet. But over all I think that SSJ Gogeta is the most expensive.

daaaaamn, Im outnumbered!! Ok, I feel gogeta is VERY expensive, always have. However lately you must admit he hasnt been bringing in the same kind of cash. I guess Im only going by the current trends (a "craze" set by DBC)...SW is right, there are more majin cels than gogeta. Oh well, lets just agree that they all cost too damn much!!

hey DBC, giving up on zingin' me back? yeah, thats what I thought...

Without a doubt it's SSJ Gogeta, of what I've seen for sale, per cel the prices have all been high. I just may take up fancel painting to cash in on the craze!

Why you say. Well, although I can't prove it.....the pan cel of Goku with wings from the end credits has got to be the most expensive cel ever.

If it ever went for sale, I think it could hit the $5000 mark

Take away the opening and ending credits, and it would hands down be Pan....no wait, thats not what I meant, I meant Gogeta

I think I goofed! I voted for SSJ4 Gogeta because he's in so few scenes, but you're right, SSJ Gogeta from movie 12 is rarer yet. Y'know, I haven't seen the Goku with wings yet, but any opening or closing cel would fetch mega bucks. I'd love to have one of the Great Saiyman posing atop a pole from the Japanese opener.

Well, OP and End credits cels are a whole different ballgame.

No matter who the character is, they're going to be at least 1200, and sometimes a lot higher *coughs out the word Mangaya, and ridiculous prices*

I paid well over 1k for my Gohan OP cel - and don't really regret it at all. The only reason I've been talking to a few people about selling it is because I want to be debt free and it would do a lot to getting me there. *sigh*

For the Goku with wings .... that would be a BIIIIIG pan cel, and also an A1end. Whoever has it probably won't be selling it anytime soon.

But if it were to show up, you could lay bets that it would go for somewhere between 3-5k easily. It's probably framed and on some kiddies wall in Japan.

Oh, I didnt tell you? I used to own that cel, but I thought it was worthless cuz there was only one of them, so I traded it for some Alf pogs and a Backstreet Boys calendar.
