links with banners

I'm too sick and tired to try and figure out the code to link the banner at the bottom of my posts to my webpage, so can anyone help me out right quick?

bwahahahaha! I was figuring out how to do this today as well. I cheated and used my picture host to steal the code. Lookie at the banner I made today!
