Holy smokes am I tired. Not only did I have the flu-like crud yesterday, but today we decided to tackle another of my birthday present projects.
Here's a "before" of
part of my corner of the office. This was taken a few months ago, actually,
before I added a set of Bleach trading figures, a couple of FMA figures, and most of the Inuyasha figures (I'm still missing the "demon Inuyasha" repaint). Things were getting thoroughly out of hand. Some of the figures were tucked so far under the shelves there that I didn't even remember what I had!
After finding every dust molecule and leftover spider web in this end of the room, here's what my corner looks like now:
Wow. I haven't finished rearranging posters/pencil boards/what have you but man is THIS looking more like a collection!

I made the Spouzal Unit (tm) promise not to buy me anything expensive because I had bought a number of pricey cels recently. So the skinny shelves and brackets weren't expensive. They're about 3 inches deep and just PERFECT for this spot!!
Best of all!! We moved the kids' computers into the next room, where we can keep an eye on them but not have their non-stop noises right in our eardrums. Nate's celebrating by quietly watching Wordsworth in the back corner.
