And dang, I know I've said it before, but I love your Legend of Zelda cels!! I loved that show and looked forward to Fridays just because of it. But it did get annoying when something always interrupted these two from smoochin'. lol

I haven't played this thread in forever! And I'm glad I jumped in on your coat tails, Toni, because I haven't looked at your gallery in a long time.

I resisted picking a G Gundam cel cuz that would be too obvious!

(And you have added some FINE specimens there lately, may I add!!) So I went with a cel that has one very lovely eye peering out from the dramatic shadows... love it!!

I've always loooved your Gen. Gawl cels, Rekka. I had a hard time choosing which one to go with, but I think I love the black version best!!

I really, really *need* to watch this show! Such a beautiful cel!!!

EDIT: Ooops! Everyone loves WC! (LOL) RS is going so slowly for me, so I was a bit late in chiming in here. So, I'm gonna pick from Rekka and Shellie, too! YAY!

Rekka: You have so many YST cels I love, but this opening cel remains a favorite of mine. I just love it!!!

Shellie: I have the hardest time picking from your gallery. I love everything in there so, so much. But, since I have to choose, I'll pick this gorgeous Kenshin. I love the expression on his face, and the warm color tones --- stunning!

It seems I have a soft spot for sad looking cels today. Seeing poor little
Atom, sitting there, just want to hug him tight! The original manga was so dark,
I was quite surprised. The later versions of Astro are equally as compelling
but refrain from some of the themes Tezuka introduced (rather, they touch
upon them and shed an alternative light). I always did enjoy his ensemble
cast and universe. Seeing characters like Daddy Walrus and Rock in different
story lines makes his works even more interesting and endearing.

I like the split screen combined with the cocky expressions. It gives the cel a real video game feel. Even though it's not there, I can see "Vs" or "Round 1."
