To me, too. I'd also say that some of the characters are acting . . . well, out of character.

I think the last two episodes were slightly better, but not much. Plus, the revelation in episode 66 coupled with the ending animation really disturbs me.

Ah well, I figured as much. I'll get around to watching them, anyway...even if it is only to see what disturbs you so much.

Yes, she looks too timid and nice for Yoruichi. The grin isn't cocky catlike enough. I agree with Golden Boy, that pose looks uncomfortable/exaggerated. And they used the anime version instead of the manga version. (see?) Hehe. I will pray for the removable shirt Ichigo just for you, Leah.

She has a nice cocky grin there too. Much more in-character for her than the one they gave her.

Yes, I'll admit that the animation itself is disturbing (when I first saw it I thought the fansub group had messed up somehow and stuck the wrong ending on

), but what I find more disturbing is the conclusion I'm starting to draw.

What follows is a wild guess and a rant.

So, you've got three bad guys, right? . . . and three stuffed animals in the closing . . . and Ishida revealed in episode 66 that the bad guys are really modified souls. So, it's a closing with Kon and three other stuffed animals dancing . . . and I'm thinking, "For the love of all that's holy, if Ichigotachi defeat those mod souls and put them in stuffed animals out of pity and then allow them to hang around like Kon, I'm going to hurt someone . . .

Now wouldn't that be disturbing? I mean, I can't stand the bad guys as it is!

I don't know if I like Tousen's new look though. Everytime I saw him last chapter, I couldn't help but think "Geordie LaForge!" ^^;;

You know . . . it might be possible. It's not all that rare for figures to have removable/interchangeable clothes. A lot of kymaera's do. Most of these kinds of figures can also be put together w/o the skirt, so you have a set of figures in their underwear.

I don't know if this would extend into male figures, since all of my experience comes from kymaera's collection, and he seems to prefer female figures for some reason.

I just hit this part in ep 56 (the same ep they got that Yoruichi figure from), and I don't know why they didn't use this shot instead! (pan shot too!)

That would have been nice. At least this is coming out, cheaper, softer, and with a better expression: First sets on YJ. Though, I bet you're looking at the Gin and Ichigo instead. Speaking of which, did you know you can look up the pants of the shinigami plushies, and they lack underwear?

I find it ironic that right after this discussion started, I saw the Sengoku Cannon Koyori figure for the first time. If you're truly curious, do a google search.

It's too bad there's nothing close (as far as I've seen) for the people who like guys.
