(Ok, work with me here: I'm thinking "cowslaughter!" but since that's not actually a word, I move in what passes for a mind to : packing plant! like the one down at the east end of town... but that's two words... So , you can relax, I was not thinking in terms of Hannibal Lechter beefiness.)
