Just a quick update - I will not be going into work at all this weekend, so I will not be able to update the for sale page until Monday. You see, out here in the sticks, I have to use dial-up...not my wonderfully fast cable connection. So, hence forth, no updates. I'll get it all taken care of on Monday. Thanks!
