2) If for some reason you will be unable to respond to emails/PMs and would like taken off the list - please post in the forum, or PM HotIce.
~ALSO~ If you are going to be unable to respond, but still wish to be a part of the project, just at a later date - then post in the forum or PM HotIce.
3) KEEP this thread up-to-date. Post when you recieve the cel, and when you've sent it out. Also keep us posted if, you are unable to get into contact with someone. Just knowing whats going on is very helpful.
Here's the order in which the cel will be shipped.

If this get a ton of attention (meaning a good amount of people join in) I might also participate ^^.
However i just see one problem...
Lets say you Hotice send it to someone say in the US.. Then they sent it to me, however the next person on the list is outside of the US.. Who would pay for the shipping? Would it be me or the person I am sending to? The problem is with air mail it would be 4 to 6 weeks and faster would be a good 10-15 bucks or more... Not sure how this would work.. I think people would then fight for that the person they would have to send to is closest to themself simply because its reduced shipping..
My suggestion:
Get a list of everyone who wishes to participate (set a deadline) then you can form a list of the most economical shipping pattern (whos closest to who etc) as far as international is concerned I would suggest at the way end after everyone in the US (whos particpating) has signed it to have kind of a group fund to the individual's oversea's.

I already have your suggestion planned in my head, but i didn't see the point in posting something so in depth if there wasn't going to be much of a response from the idea. As for the oversea's shipping charges, I was rather thinking/hoping that maybe people might get more into the spirit of the project than worrying about charges for overseas... (I mean how many of us would spend 15-25 on a game/dvd/cel just for fun...) however having a group fund for overseas shipping (for ALL countries involved) is a good idea, if people are willing do donate . If fund idea doesn't work and the last person on the list for the US is really concerned/bothered with the cost of overseas shipping, they can send the cel back to me, and I personally will pay for the costs for shipping the cel overseas.
However, the point of this thread is to see if there is some serious/general intrest in the idea. Call me lazy, but I'd rather not work out details if there isn't going to be enough intrest to make the idea worthwhile.
the bishie harem is still a fun idea, and i have updates to do (later, i think i'm going to be heading for nap-land here soon). The harem has been put on the back burner for the moment since i've been working so many hours lately. =S
lol a pass the bishie idea would be fun, but i think all the sigs would get smeared in the drool

We should be able to add things to the package as well
hehe, that could be a fun idea. Little notes or something?
God it's just a bit of fun and as HotIce has already said, she's just gaging interest.
I'd be in, no matter the amount of people interested or whether I'd have to front an international shipping charge. I mean it's just a bit of fun and I think it's just the fact that this cel will have travelled all over the world and will have passed hands with all these great collectors that will be the buzz. I'm sure time is not of the essence on this project, so if you do get an international shipping cost, just send it on whatever you can afford.
Cool idea!

Whoopss.. In my post I didn't say i dont mind paying the charges (i dont really) I just am the type of person who likes to know everything up front thats all ^_^ but I can understand this is just the planning stage, no point in going into the fine detail till the end

Well said. I think we all know shipping cels isn't free. (God, if it were tho, can you imagine!! ) I waste money on lesser stuff everyday, so this project actually seems worth while!
I just hope we can write small enough to oblige fellow recipients.
Don't knock the bishie around the world idea!
(Can people please include fruitcakes when they ship it my way? )

there is a cel and a sketch, there should be a good ammount of space to write, the cel image doesn't take up much space, so i think we should be good as long as we just stick to our name/location on the cel. if notes or whatever are wanting to be sent, they could be added on separtate paper or something... that should give plenty of room for everyone I think. ^_^
