I've actually read several articles like that one. For some reason, people are using over-exaggerated movements when playing the Wii. X| Nintendo is trying to counter this problem by reminding everyone to wear the wrist strap and that only subtle, gentle movement is necessary to get the control function to respond. It's actually amazing how sensitive the sensors are.

That's like the people who complain about their 360s overheating and failing when they store them in areas with poor air flow.

That's true of every console tho. The PS2 was famous for overheating but people never bother to take care of their systems. They let their cat sleep on it while they're playing video games for 32 hours straight and wonder why the console dies... :roll:

My cat always slept on my Xbox while I played it, 3 years and it still works perfectly, haha. Yeah, if they can't take care of the system, then they deserve what they get.
